•75% of the payment should be deposited prior to the function, any further amount due will be settled within 3 days after the function.
•The taste of food remains maintained up to 4 hours from the actual time agreed with the party.
•Moving starters will be served up to 2 hours.
•For lunch party, food will be served till 3 pm and for dinner party, food will be served till midnight 12pm.
•Rent of utensils and any other charges due to monopoly of wadi, party plot will have to be paid by the party.
•Buffet counters, light, kitchen, water, wash basins, any other furniture, linen etc. will be provided by the party.
•Electric points wherever required will have to be provided by the party (Three phase point in kitchen).
•Changes if any, in the menu will be accepted a week before the function. No changes on phone will be accepted.
•Once order is booked, cancellation will not be accepted.
•For outstation catering charges will be extra.
•Executive P.R.O.'s and Mumbai Boys, if required will be charged extra (Service for dinner will be available 12pm only).
•We are not responsible for loss or theft of valuables on the function venue during the function.
•Gas balloons should not be allowed in the party plot/hall.
•If any number of pax extending guaranteed number of persons would be charged extra. At the actual rate finalized of per person.
•World cuisine items will be served with main course.
•Oral conversation on the confirm date will not be expected until the advance payment received.
•Any inconvenience / difficulty to us due to monopoly conditions will have to be managed by the party.
•Extra items, which are not included in package menu, will be charged extra.
•Exotic item will be charge extra.
•Party plot / Hall should be handed to us 24 hours before the function, for food preparations and to setup food counters.
•Taxes extra as applicable.
